we help you find the first steps forward to creating a thriving legacy habitat for yourself and your family, while working directly with nature.

In this starter consult service, you submit a completed Land Steward Questionnaire which covers some basic background of you and your family, your history on and with the property, and your future desires.

When this has been completed, we schedule a visit to come out to your property for approximately 3 hours. During this time we do a full walk-around, taking notes, photos and asking questions. We also take the time to sit down and talk about different challenges and opportunities you face.

We follow up with a summary report of ~5-10 pages (including captioned and georeferenced photos) highlighting key elements and priorities based on our assessment. Turn-around time for this is approximately 5-7 days.
